2024 Erd U13 & U16 7th International Club Tournament

Dear Coaches,

The 2024 tournament is looking to be our best tournament biggest ever!

Our club has been making plans and organizing a great event for you!

We have the funding to increase our lights so will have high quality lighting to allow us to play some games after dark. For this reason, we can accommodate 10 teams in each category!

I am excited to inform you that we have 10 teams already registered for the U16 category:

And 10 teams for U13 category (with 4 teams are the waiting list):

Therefore, I am reinforcing with this email that as indicated in the invitation letter.

Tournament participation fee: 200 euros *includes lunch on all three days (must be paid by September 1^st in order to secure your slot and is non-refundable if you cancel after September 1^st ). If you are on the waiting list please do not transfer funds unless we contact you.

Please transfer this amount to our club account by September 1.

 If we do not receive your payment by September 1, we will give your slot to a team that is on the waiting list.

We are not able to book your accommodations this year except for Maceitos Jelka team so please find accommodation as soon as possible.

You will need to book your own and I have used https://www.booking.com/  very successfully for interleague games and I suggest you look there first but as soon as possible.
